Job summary

Home Instead in Heathfield is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to oversee care delivery, conduct quality assurance, and support both clients and Care Professionals.

You will supervise staff, manage client care plans, train others, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies, driving strong relationships with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
• Proven experience in the care sector delivering personal care services.
• Experience working with MAR sheets (eMar) and medication management in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of health and social care legislation and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with natural ability to build rapport.
• Confidence with care management technology and ability to train others.
• Proficiency with IT systems including Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
• Flexible, organised approach to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

About the Role
