Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in Bristol to lead care delivery, supervise staff, and visit clients in the community. You’ll ensure high-quality care, manage on-call duties, and contribute to a supportive team culture.

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported , and able to deliver high-quality care .

In this role, you will:

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld

You’ll also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.
