Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Field Care Supervisor in New Milton/Southampton to lead care teams and support clients in the community. You will visit clients, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality care is delivered while building strong relationships with service users and families.

The role requires supervisory experience in social care, a well-organised and proactive approach, and a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle. 40 hours per week with on-call duties may be required.

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.

In This Role, You Will

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews

• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld

You’ll also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.
