Job summary

The Portfolio Group Inc. is seeking a Field Business Development Manager to drive new business across designated regions in the UK. You will start with a £30,000 basic salary plus a £30,000 top-up and uncapped commission, with a £8,000 quarterly bonus possible for hitting targets.

A premium car is provided or a £5,000 car allowance, with ongoing promotions and high earning potential. You will be involved in full sales cycles, self-generating leads, conducting meetings, and closing deals for HR &

Qualifications

• Experience handling end-to-end B2B sales cycles.
• Ability to self-generate leads and build a pipeline.
• Strong meeting, negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfort with high-velocity, high-value deals.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end sales from lead generation to closing.
• Self-generate new business and attend meetings with prospects.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals for HR & Employment Law packages.
• Manage region with autonomy; expand into opportunities beyond territory.
• Travel as needed for meetings and conferences.
• Regularly report progress and forecast results.
