Qualifications

• Must be capable of managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
• Pro-active sales approach with strong networking and relationship-building.
• Experience selling high-value HR & Employment Law solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business.
• Self-generate leads, conduct meetings and close sales.
• Present HR & Employment Law packages to potential clients.
• Work within regional territory to maximise revenue and client base.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimise offerings.
