Audi Approved Epsom is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join our premium used car operation. You will focus on selling high-end vehicles in a focused, customer-centric environment and benefit from a comprehensive commission structure.

Expect a base salary from £18,000 rising to £24,000 with enhanced commissions up to 130% for over-target performance, plus a 10% chassis profit commission and an Audi Academy training path.

At Audi Approved Epsom, we've created a dedicated space focused entirely on one thing – selling premium used cars.

Our recently opened used car sales suite, with its Audi Formula 1-inspired flair, is separate from the main showroom, giving our team a calmer, more focused environment where the emphasis is on customers and selling, rather than managing new car showroom responsibilities. The suite is fully air‑conditioned, modern and designed to provide a comfortable workspace throughout the year.

With over 150 Audi Approved Used vehicles available across our group, you'll have an excellent selection of stock to work with and the support of an experienced management team committed to helping you succeed.

We're looking for an experienced automotive Sales Executive to join us. Ideally you'll have previous Volkswagen Group experience and accreditation, although we’ll happily speak to high‑performing sales professionals from other premium brands.

What You’ll Receive:

• Basic salary from £18,000, increasing to £24,000 for candidates who can demonstrate sustained high performance (100+ vehicle sales over the previous six months).
• 14‑unit monthly target.
• Enhanced commission paying up to 130% for exceeding target.
• 10% chassis profit commission.
• Volkswagen Group company car.
• Occasional weekends off on a rotating basis.
• Score a hat‑trick (three retail orders in a day) and earn a bonus and finish early for the day.
