Job summary

PIE Recruitment is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager for the automotive aftermarket, covering West Midlands and the South. You will own key trade accounts, grow sales of exclusive tyre brands, and collaborate with a supportive telesales team.

This field-based role rewards a proven ability to build relationships, hit targets, and manage a regional patch. A company car is provided, with OTE earnings alongside a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop commercial customer relationships and meet sales targets.
• Strong field sales habits and clear, credible proposals.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage a territory and priorities.
• Automotive/tyre sector experience is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships across West Midlands/South dealer network.
• Grow sales of house and exclusive brands.
• Collaborate with telesales to resolve issues and run promotions.
• Use CRM, report calls, and attend events when required.
