Job summary

Kumho Tyre UK, the UK arm of Kumho Tire, is seeking an Area Sales Manager to own a North territory, win new business and expand our share in the UK replacement market. You will report to the Sales Director, nurture relationships and drive sales and margin targets across the area.

We expect proven field sales experience in tyres or automotive, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel frequently with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience in tyres or automotive.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Solid commercial awareness and territory management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across the North region and hold a full UK driving licence.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Win new business with dealers, fast-fit and fleet customers.
• Grow existing accounts through range development and stock agreements.
• Deliver territory sales volume and margin targets.
• Ensure full commercial coverage via local warehouse network.
• Develop accounts with Sales Director and manage key accounts as directed.
• Keep CRM up to date and provide regular forecasts and activity reports.
• Represent Kumho at customer meetings, trade shows and industry events.
