Job summary

Tructyre is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Midlands with regular travel. The role is field-based, either working from home or visiting customers to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.

You will report to the National Sales Manager, service new and existing customers, and maintain CRM records while achieving sales targets in a dynamic fleet services environment. The position includes a company car and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in hitting sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Experience with value-based selling and solution selling.
• Technical knowledge of tyres or related fleet-services is preferred.
• Background in service sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within the Midlands region.
• Explain the service business model and demonstrate value to customers.
• Hit monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain and utilise CRM systems and sales tools for forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with regional operations and admin teams to optimise customer experience.
