Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Therapy Specialist for Advanced Surgery to deliver clinical education and product training to healthcare professionals in a field-based role across the United Kingdom. You will collaborate with Account Managers to promote Baxter therapies and drive optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or equivalent clinical qualification is required.
• 1–3 years' clinical/healthcare or medical device experience.
• Experience working in or with hospital settings preferred.
• Proficiency in English; strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, clinical education and hands-on training to healthcare professionals.
• Act as trusted clinical expert, supporting customers with implementation of Baxter therapies and products.
• Develop and maintain high level of clinical and product expertise within the Advanced Surgery portfolio.
• Support national and local educational programmes, workshops and clinical events.
• Partner with Account Managers to develop territory business plans and drive growth.
• Identify opportunities within existing and new accounts through clinical value-based selling.
• Build long-term relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital staff.
