Job summary

Baxter invites applications for a Therapy Specialist in Advanced Surgery operating field-based across the United Kingdom. You will deliver clinical education, product training, and hands-on therapy support to healthcare professionals, collaborating with Account Managers and internal teams to drive adoption and improve patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates are registered nurses or equivalent clinicians with 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or equivalent clinical qualification.
• 1-3 years' clinical/healthcare experience.
• Experience in hospital settings.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, clinical education, and hands-on training to healthcare professionals.
• Act as a trusted clinical expert, supporting customers with the implementation and adoption of Baxter therapies and products.
• Develop and maintain a high level of clinical and product expertise within the Advanced Surgery portfolio.
• Support the delivery of national and local educational programmes, workshops, and clinical events.
