Job summary

Baxter seeks a field-based sales professional to manage a Liverpool territory, delivering on sales and profit targets while supporting NHS and private healthcare customers. You will present clinical and value-based solutions and educate healthcare professionals on Baxter products to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires a strong sales background in healthcare, a degree or clinical qualification, and capability to develop territory plans aligned with national strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or relevant clinical background.
• Strong sales background in healthcare desirable (preferably theatre sales).
• Experience working in or around the Healthcare Sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed sales and financial targets for the Liverpool area.
• Present clinical, financial and value-based solutions to key decision makers in healthcare.
• Train and educate healthcare professionals on Baxter products to support patient outcomes.
• Develop territory business plans aligned to national strategy and local opportunities.
• Build collaborative relationships to defend and grow the business base.
