Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Therapy Specialist for Advanced Surgery. The role focuses on clinical education, product training, and therapy support across assigned territories, partnering with account managers to drive patient outcomes.

You will deliver demonstrations, support implementation of Baxter therapies, and maintain expert knowledge of the Advanced Surgery portfolio, while traveling to hospitals and clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse or equivalent clinical qualification.
• 1-3 years' experience in a clinical/healthcare environment.
• Experience working within or alongside hospital settings.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to undertake frequent travel as part of a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical education, product demonstrations, and training to healthcare professionals.
• Act as a trusted clinical expert to support implementation of Baxter therapies and products.
• Develop and maintain clinical and product expertise in the Advanced Surgery portfolio.
• Support national and local educational programmes, workshops, and events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and other teams to ensure successful customer solutions.
