Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Therapy Specialist to provide clinical, educational and technical support across the UK, including field-based work in the Manchester/Leeds region. Qualifications

• Qualified RGN or equivalent healthcare qualification with current NMC registration.
• Postgraduate qualification in Tissue Viability or wound care preferred.
• Understanding of NHS and private sector workflows and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Full UK driving licence; willingness for overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary clinical resource for account managers, building relationships with clinicians and product advocates.
• Develop key opinion leaders and opportunities for case studies and clinical papers.
• Provide in-field and remote clinical and technical support to multi-disciplinary teams.
• Attend training days to provide in-service training on Baxter products before and after sale.
• Maintain training records of key personnel and demonstrate Baxter solutions to customers.
• Develop understanding of hospital workflows and key decision makers to drive future sales opportunities.
• Respond to complex customer needs with creative, feasible solutions in collaboration with sales, marketing, clinical and technical teams.
• Attend regular meetings with account managers to plan and execute business and account plans.
• Contribute to marketing by staying updated with clinical evidence and competitor markets.
• Document customer information in CRM and support revenue opportunities through clinical activities.
• Produce training materials tailored to customer and Baxter solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor products and evidence to inform sales and marketing.
• Provide internal product training when needed and participate in Conferences/Exhibitions.
