Job summary

Huws Gray Limited is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Fleetwood, Cleveleys & Poulton and develop new business opportunities. You’ll nurture relationships with owners, buyers and decision-makers while collaborating with branch teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The role rewards performance with a company bonus and contributory pension, plus a car allowance. Prior field-based sales in builders' merchants or construction is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field-based sales and developing new business.
• Experience identifying opportunities, building a strong pipeline and converting prospects into customers.
• Commercially aware, customer-focused and confident engaging with decision-makers.
• Experience in builders' merchant, construction or building materials sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure profitable new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, site visits and lead generation.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term trading relationships.
• Develop and execute territory plans to maximise customer engagement and account acquisition.
• Build trusted relationships with business owners, buyers and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with branch teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
• Deliver against sales and margin targets while supporting overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support growth.
