Job summary

Huws Gray Group is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to join our National Sales team and drive growth across Flint and Ellesmere Port. You’ll identify new customers, re-engage lapsed accounts, and build lasting partnerships.

You’ll work with branch teams to ensure smooth onboarding, achieve sales and margin targets, and monitor market trends. A proven track record in field-based sales and experience in builders' merchants or building materials is advantageous.

• Proven ability to identify opportunities and develop new customers.
• Experience in building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Strong communication with decision-makers and customers.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and how to manage data effectively.
