Huws Gray is a growing builders' merchants group seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our National Sales team. You’ll drive growth across Fleetwood, Cleveleys & Poulton with Preston coverage, winning new business and re-engaging customers.

You’ll build a strong pipeline, develop territory plans, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver excellent customer service and profitable margins. Experience in builders' merchants or construction is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based sales with a track record of new business wins.
• Ability to develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Comfort engaging with owners, buyers and key decision-makers.

Responsabilités

• Identify and secure profitable new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, site visits and lead generation activities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term trading relationships.
• Develop and execute effective territory plans to maximise customer engagement and account acquisition.
• Build trusted relationships with business owners, buyers and key decision-makers.
• Work closely with branch teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
• Deliver against sales and margin targets while contributing to the overall success of the business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and local opportunities to support growth.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information through company systems.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and supplier partners to maximise opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service.
