Huws Gray Limited is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow our business across Minera and Wrexham, building new relationships, re-engaging lapsed accounts and creating long-term partnerships that deliver value.

You’ll identify profitable opportunities, manage a strong pipeline and collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth onboarding while pursuing sales and margin targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field-based sales.
• Ability to identify opportunities and develop a strong pipeline.
• Experience in builders' merchant, construction, or building materials sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure profitable new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop and execute territory plans to maximise engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with business owners, buyers and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with branch teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Deliver against sales and margin targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support growth.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in company systems.
