Job summary

Lyreco is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager – Safety to drive PPE sales across a national field-based territory in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on identifying, winning, and expanding PPE accounts while building a robust pipeline and meeting sales targets.

With a base salary up to £45,000 plus £16,000 commission, the position offers a company car, laptop, mobile, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Understand PPE market with a proven sales record.
• 3+ years of PPE or safety sales experience.
• Able to travel regularly across the territory and develop opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers to grow Safety/PPE business.
• Win and implement new PPE accounts across your territory.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities with Account Managers.
• Develop existing accounts by identifying opportunities to increase PPE spend.
• Achieve agreed sales and margin targets.
• Prepare and present commercially strong quotes and proposals.
• Spend at least four days per week meeting customers face-to-face.
