Monmouthshire County Council is seeking a Safe & Wellbeing Assistant Co-ordinator to support our Safe and Well Co-Ordinator in leading the Safe and Well Team. You will assist in coordinating Support Workers to deliver welfare checks, family support and safeguarding interventions.

Working with Social Workers and partner agencies, you will help promote the safety, well-being and positive outcomes of children, young people and families in Monmouthshire.
