Monmouthshire County Council in Usk is recruiting a Safe and Wellbeing Assistant Co-ordinator to support the Safe and Well Team.
You will help coordinate Support Workers to deliver welfare checks, family support and safeguarding interventions, and you will work with Social Workers and partner agencies to promote the safety and wellbeing of children, young people and families. Welsh language skills are desirable, and a DBS check is required.

life chances of children and young people? We are looking for a motivated, reflective and creative colleague to support our Safe and Well Co-Ordinator in leading our Safe and Well Team.
You will assist in coordinating Support Workers to deliver welfare checks, family support and safeguarding interventions. Working with Social Workers and partner agencies, you will help promote the safety, well-being and positive outcomes of children, young people and families.
SALARY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION : Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year.
i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers

Location: County Hall (Rhadyr - Usk), NP15 1GA, United Kingdom. This may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this happens.
