Job summary

MFG is seeking a Customer and Retail Development Manager to drive store development and merchandising initiatives across the field. You will oversee project timelines, manage supplier quotes, and work with internal teams to execute the retail development plan.

The role involves travel and nights away from home to ensure delivery of projects to standards. Candidates should have strong project management, Excel, and stakeholder communication skills, with experience in forecourt and retail sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience of project management in retail/forecourt and retail sectors.
• Strong command of Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent communication across all audiences and levels.
• Ability to prioritise duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective store layout plans and merchandising to standards.
• Lead development programmes and ensure timely delivery of refresh projects.
• Manage quotes and project costs for retail trials and updates.
• Coordinate with suppliers and field teams to hit deadlines.
• Drive sales growth and improve contract margins through planogram implementation.
• Communicate development plans to internal and external stakeholders.
