Prestige Talent Partners Ltd is recruiting Advanced Team Leader - Retail Merchandising for a field-based role with nationwide travel to store openings and reflows for major national retailers. You will lead a team on-site, ensuring projects are delivered to standard and on time.

This role requires extensive travel, hands-on management of staff, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong people management experience, including addressing performance issues face-to-face.
• Resilient, well-organised and a confident communicator.
• Comfortable with physical work and hands-on delivery.
• Willing and able to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team on-site to remerchandise entire store footprints.
• Oversee stock dressing and stock replenishment.
• Manage store systems, including scanning stock in and out of location.
• Handle equipment profiling (e.g. peg tin, shelving) — full builds not required.
• Manage shelf point-of-sale and shelf-edge price ticketing.
• Manage team performance and behaviour in person, addressing issues as they arise.
• Act as the customer-facing point of contact on-site.
• Work hands-on alongside the team to deliver projects to standard and on time.
