Job summary

Bestway Group is seeking a Store Development Project Manager to lead multiple retail projects across our UK field operations. You will coordinate store development, manage budgets, timelines and ensure brand standards are met.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, strong project management, CAD familiarity, and a proactive approach to compliance and safety, with field-based travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead store development projects across all brands to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage critical path, budgets, and customer expectations.
• Present designs and costs to retailers with confidence.
• Coordinate with suppliers and Bestway list of preferred suppliers.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on all projects.
• Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates.
