Job summary

Bestway Group is seeking a Field-based Store Development Lead to drive and coordinate multiple retail project implementations. You will manage delivery against critical paths, budgets and store brand principles, working cross-functionally with the Store Development Team and retailers.

• Excellent communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage store development projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Store Development Team and retailers to implement plans.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules and critical path milestones.
• Ensure adherence to store brand principles and RDG guidelines where applicable.
• Produce and present project designs and tender costs to retailers with confidence.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety and CDM regulations.
