Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach to join our client’s Manchester team. You will deliver onsite coaching to apprentices in refrigeration and air conditioning, supporting them toward qualifications and milestones.

You will travel to apprentices’ workplaces, manage your own caseload, and plan your diary to meet deadlines. The role rewards experience in the industry and a passion for teaching, with flexible working arrangements and strong pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in refrigeration and air conditioning, ideally from working in the industry and/or with a training provider.
• Passion for sharing knowledge and a role that combines fieldwork with learner support.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite coaching and training sessions for refrigeration and air conditioning apprentices.
• Travel to apprentices' workplaces to carry out coaching sessions.
• Support learners throughout the apprenticeship journey, ensuring milestones and qualifications are met.
• Manage your own caseload, ensuring timely progress and deadlines.
