Job summary

Tina Lacey Recruitment is helping to source a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach to join a leading apprenticeship provider in Manchester. The role involves coaching apprentices onsite, delivering Level 3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning training, and supporting learners through their apprenticeship with fieldwork and in-person sessions.

You will manage your caseload, visit workplaces, and ensure learners meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Extensive refrigeration and air conditioning experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Manchester and travel to learners.
• Desirable coaching or assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality coaching and training sessions onsite in Manchester for refrigeration and air conditioning apprentices.
• Travel to apprentices in their workplace and carry out coaching sessions.
• Manage your own caseload of learners, ensuring timely progress and deadlines.
• Plan and manage your own diary effectively.
• Provide constructive feedback and capture evidence for learning, achievement, and funding compliance.
