Job summary

LTE Group is seeking a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach in Manchester. This role includes coaching, mentoring, and assessing apprentices while delivering sessions in classrooms and workshops.

Qualifications

• Relevant occupational sector experience and relevant qualifications, and/or current updated CPD.
• Experience of coaching to support learning and ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload.
• Track record in developing and delivering robust, effective plans achieving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, tutor, and assess apprentices in the field.
• Deliver knowledge through classroom and workshop sessions in Manchester.
• Collaborate with learning coaches and employers to track apprentice progress.
