Qualifications

• Refrigeration and Air Conditioning background; commercial and industrial exposure.
• Ability to deliver engaging and interactive teaching in the workshop.
• Excellent level of skills in written and oral communication.
• Ability to plan effectively and achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil teaching commitments in both classroom and workshop environments.
• Manage and maintain a caseload of learners.
• Ensure evidence for learning and achievement is captured effectively.
• Engage with learners' line managers to provide support.
