FirstPort is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a field-based portfolio around Horsham, West Sussex. You will manage day-to-day property queries, travel between sites, and liaise with residents and stakeholders to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in block management and housing estates.
• Own transport and willingness to travel to sites within portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and Residential Landlord & Tenant law.

Responsibilities

• Manage own schedule remotely and conduct site visits regularly.
• Organise and lead meetings with stakeholders and resolve disputes.
• Oversee expenditure and budgets, review service charges.
• Collaborate with credit control to manage debts across portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements across properties.
