Job summary

FirstPort is seeking a Field-based Property Manager covering a portfolio in/around Bristol, Somerset & Gloucestershire. You will manage your diary, lead site visits, and coordinate with dedicated teams to deliver exceptional service to residents.

You will drive improvements, manage budgets, and ensure health and safety compliance, with a competitive salary, plus a £4,500 car allowance and benefits. This is a permanent, full-time role with 35 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive and have your own transport.
• Experienced in block management and housing estates.
• Confident communicator able to present complex updates and financial information.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and Residential Landlord & Tenant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own schedule remotely, prioritising properties and conducting regular site visits.
• Organise and lead meetings with key stakeholders, influencing decisions and resolving disputes.
• Oversee and authorise all expenditure, review service charge accounts and budgets.
• Work with credit control to manage debt across your portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including fire safety, asbestos and water hygiene controls.
