Job summary

FirstPort is recruiting a Property Manager across the UK to oversee a diverse portfolio and drive service excellence. You’ll manage your own diary, visit sites, coordinate with stakeholders and ensure financial control while delivering outstanding resident service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive and have own transport.
• Experience in block management and housing estates.
• Confident communicator with ability to present complex updates and financial information.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and Residential Landlord & Tenant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own diary and schedule, prioritising sites for visits.
• Organise and lead meetings with key stakeholders, influencing decisions and resolving disputes.
• Oversee and authorise expenditure, review service charge accounts and budgets.
• Work with credit control to manage debt across your portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations across properties.
