Job summary

FirstPort is recruiting a Property Manager to service a portfolio in/around South West London. You will own your diary and manage day-to-day property management queries with full support from dedicated services to help you reach your goals.

The role requires driving, site visits, and experience in block management and housing estates. Salary from £31,500 p.a. plus car allowance and benefits, with a focus on safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have own transport and be able to travel to sites within the portfolio.
• Join a newly formed team at a pivotal growth stage.
• Experience in block management and housing estates with a residents-focused approach.
• Confident communicator able to present updates and financial information.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and Residential Landlord & Tenant law.
• TPI accreditation, ATPI or MTPI.

Responsibilities

• Manage own schedule across sites, with regular site visits.
• Organise and lead meetings with stakeholders, influencing decisions.
• Oversee expenditure, review service charges and budgets for value for customers.
• Collaborate with credit control to manage portfolio debt.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance across the portfolio.
