• Experience in block management and housing estates, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own schedule with regular site visits and field-based work.
• Organise and lead meetings with stakeholders, influencing decisions and resolving issues.
• Oversee expenditure and budgets, ensuring value for residents and reviewing service charges.
• Collaborate with credit control to manage debts within the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and relevant landlord/tenant legislation.
