Job summary

FirstPort is seeking a Property Manager to cover a portfolio in/around South West London. The role is field based with a 35‑hour week, offering a competitive salary, car allowance and benefits. You will manage a diary, lead meetings, control budgets and ensure compliance with health and safety and landlord legislation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive and have your own transport to travel to sites across the portfolio.
• Experience in block management and housing estates with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and Residential Landlord & Tenant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own diary remotely and conduct site visits as required.
• Organise and lead meetings with key stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Oversee expenditure, review service charge accounts and budgets for value.
• Collaborate with credit control to manage debt across your portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, fire, asbestos and water hygiene controls.
