Job summary

SI Recruitment Limited is partnering with an established Malton employer to recruit an Aftermarket Sales Executive – Field-Based. This role focuses on developing existing customer relationships, re-engaging inactive accounts and identifying opportunities to increase parts and service sales.

You will travel within the territory, visit customers, understand their needs, recommend solutions, and work with Parts, Service and Sales teams to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience and ability to build relationships.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact and visit customers to identify parts, servicing and maintenance opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with existing customers and re-engage those who have become inactive.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and achieve targets for revenue, customer retention and account development.
• Promote parts, workshop services, maintenance packages, inspections and other aftermarket solutions.
• Understand customers' machinery and seasonal requirements to anticipate needs.
• Use CRM systems and customer information to identify sales opportunities and plan follow-up activity.
• Provide advice on parts options, maintenance requirements and repair solutions to maximise machinery performance.
• Support quotations, order follow-up and conversion of sales opportunities into orders.
• Work with internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues where possible.
