Job summary

Service Care Solutions is recruiting an experienced Neighbourhood Officer to join a well-established Housing Association based in Long Stratton, Norfolk. You will manage a designated patch, deliver tenancy and neighbourhood management services, and support residents with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

The role is predominantly field-based with some office time, requiring regular travel across the patch.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Neighbourhood Officer or similar within social housing.
• Strong end-to-end tenancy management experience.
• Good understanding of housing legislation and ASB processes.
• Experience conducting estate inspections and resident visits.
• Willingness to travel across the designated patch and undergo a Basic DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated patch with tenancy and neighbourhood management.
• Conduct estate inspections and tenancy audits to maintain safe communities.
• Handle tenancy matters including sign-ups, breaches and enforcement actions.
• Investigate ASB with partners and provide safeguarding referrals as needed.
• Support vulnerable residents and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with repairs teams to resolve estate issues.
