Job summary

Construction in Long Stratton is seeking a proactive Neighbourhood Officer to join our team. You will work with tenants, partner agencies and colleagues to safeguard communities and resolve tenancy issues, including anti-social behaviour, to improve lives in our homes.

You’ll build relationships, manage complex cases, carry out home visits, maintain records, and work in a compassionate, accountability-driven environment that supports vulnerable residents and community resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing tenancy, neighbourhood and ASB cases.
• Experience collaborating with Police, Social Services and Mental Health Services.
• Handling safeguarding concerns and risk-referrals.
• Managing vulnerable tenants with complex needs.
• Carrying a high-risk caseload and escalating when needed.
• Maintaining accurate case records and documentation.
