Miller Homes Limited is seeking a Customer Services Technician for the North-West region (Warrington). You will carry out multi-trade remedial tasks in occupied and unoccupied properties, acting as the face of Miller Homes’ customer service in the field.

The role requires knowledge of joinery, bricklaying, plaster patching, painting and decorating, and the ability to work safely with other trades. Benefits include a competitive salary, 26 days’ leave, a 10% bonus opportunity and a company van.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally with another housebuilder.
• Multi-skilled. Sound knowledge of joinery, general labouring and bricklaying, plaster patching, painting and decorating.
• Ability to offer courteous, exemplary and efficient customer service at all times.
• Able to form strong professional relationships and liaise with different disciplines within the business.

Responsabilités

• Carry out work diligently and safely in line with the company SH&E Management System.
• Liaise with the Central Office Hub to provide status reports of tasks.
• Maintain smart appearance and wear appropriate PPE when entering occupied properties.
• Obtain signed satisfaction/completion notifications from customers after remedial tasks.
