Job summary

Miller Homes Limited in the Scotland West region (Glasgow) is seeking a Customer Services Technician to carry out remedial tasks in occupied or unoccupied properties, working safely and with a focus on customer service.

You will liaise with the Central Office Hub, maintain a smart appearance, and secure completion notifications from customers. The role includes a company van, 26 days annual leave, a 10% bonus potential, and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role
• Able to paint / decorate and tape
• Excellent customer service at all times
• Able to form strong professional relationships and liaise with different disciplines

Responsibilities

• Carry out work diligently and safely in line with the company SH&E Management System
• Liaise with the Central Office Hub to provide status reports of on-going and completed tasks
• Maintain smart appearance and wear appropriate footwear and protection
• Obtain signed satisfaction/completion notifications from customers after remedial tasks
