Miller Homes Ltd is recruiting a Customer Services Technician for the North-East region, based in Newcastle. The role covers multi-trade remedial work in occupied/unoccupied properties, delivering high-standard customer service as the face of Miller Homes in the field.

You will work across joinery, plastering, bricklaying, painting and decorating; build strong cross-discipline relationships and report progress to the Central Office Hub.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally with another housebuilder.
• Multi-skilled across joinery, general labouring, bricklaying, plaster patching, painting and decorating.
• Able to deliver courteous, exemplary customer service at all times.
• Able to form strong professional relationships across disciplines within the business.

Responsabilités

• Carry out work diligently and safely in line with SH&E practices.
• Liaise with the Central Office Hub and provide status updates on tasks.
• Maintain smart appearance with appropriate footwear and PPE for occupied properties.
• Obtain signed customer completion/satisfaction notifications where possible.

We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Technician to join our team in the North-East region. The role will see you carry out multi-trade remedial tasks in occupied/unoccupied properties in a safe, resourceful and workmanlike manner, and uphold the core values of the Miller Homes business in relation to the much-coveted excellent levels of Customer Service we deliver being ‘the face’ of Miller Homes Customer Service in the field.

Responsibilities

• Carry out work diligently and safely in line with the company SH&E Management System
• To liaise directly with the Central Office Hub to provide status reports of on-going and completed tasks
• Always be of smart appearance and ensuring having the relevant footwear, and protection to the same, appropriate to the task assigned to, prior to entering and working in occupied properties
• To obtain signed satisfaction/completion notifications from our customers following completion of remedial tasks, where possible.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, ideally with another housebuilder.
• Multi-skilled. To have a sound knowledge of joinery, general labouring and bricklaying, general plaster patching, painting and decorating
• To offer courteous, exemplary and efficient customer service at all times
• Able to form strong professional relationships and liaise regularly with different disciplines within the business to assist you achieve your daily goals
