Job summary

Miller Homes is recruiting a Customer Services Technician for the North-West region, based in Warrington. The role involves carrying out multi-trade remedial tasks in occupied and unoccupied properties, upholding Miller Homes' standards of customer service in the field.

You will work safely, liaising with the Central Office Hub for task updates and ensuring satisfaction notifications are obtained on completion where possible. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally with another housebuilder.
• Multi-skilled with knowledge of joinery, plastering, brickwork, painting and decorating.
• Commitment to courteous, exemplary customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Carry out work diligently and safely in line with the company SH&E Management System.
• Liaise with the Central Office Hub to provide status reports of on-going and completed tasks.
• Maintain smart appearance with appropriate footwear and PPE before entering properties.
• Obtain signed satisfaction/completion notifications from customers after remedial tasks where possible.
