Formación

• Member of either IMI / IRTE / ATA / VDA or willing to work towards it.
• Experience in dealing with both Insured and Third-party motor inspections.
• Positive and self-confident approach when dealing with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Preserve consistency and best customer service across the business.
• Monitor performance of Solus sites and approved repairers.
• Audit estimates prior to authorising repairs.

Motor Claims knowledge

Good spoken and written communication skills

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work well under pressure

PC literate with good administrative skills
