Morgan Jones is recruiting a Field-based Key Account Manager to cover Kent. You will grow established accounts, win new business, and manage your own territory with a diary-driven approach.

The role offers a competitive salary of £30,000–£32,000 per year plus bonus and a car or travel allowance, life insurance, pension, and generous benefits, with home-based administrative work and the autonomy to plan your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous field sales experience is essential.
• Experience within the on-trade sector is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially focused with a proactive approach.
• Confident negotiating and developing business opportunities.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• WSET Level 1 desirable.
• Degree education preferred.
• Full UK driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities across your territory.
• Work in a field-based capacity, becoming a trusted partner to your clients and recommending suitable products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external brand partners to maximise opportunities, manage key customer relationships, negotiate agreements, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads.
