Job summary

Level Up Recruitment is seeking a Regional Account Manager to own a UK region of established automotive dealer clients. You’ll meet with senior decision-makers, analyze performance, and coach sales teams to drive commercial plans.

This field-based role offers a basic salary of £30,000 with realistic OTE of £37,000–£38,000 in year one and £45,000–£48,000 in year two, with a fully expensed company car and Monday–Friday working.

Qualifications

• Have a successful track record within sales, account management or business development.
• Have a full UK driving licence.
• Degree or demonstrate strong academic/commercial capability.

Responsibilities

• Meeting clients face-to-face and building relationships with managers and senior decision-makers
• Reviewing sales performance and identifying improvements
• Agreeing commercial action plans and helping clients implement them
• Coaching and developing sales teams to improve performance
• Delivering engaging training sessions and presentations
• Analysing data, trends and results to identify opportunities
• Supporting product launches and new commercial initiatives
• Managing your own diary, territory and priorities
• Building your profile and credibility across your client base
• Attending client events, conferences and hospitality
• Working autonomously while being part of an experienced and supportive wider team
