Job summary

Standguide Group is hiring an IPS Employment Specialist in Bassetlaw. You will manage a caseload of clients with mental health needs, delivering evidence-based IPS support to help them enter and sustain meaningful employment.

Full training will be provided and you will work across local locations as required. You’ll build trusting relationships with clients and employers, identify goals, develop action plans, and support with CVs, applications, interviews and job searches while coordinating with

Qualifications

• Experience in employment support or IPS preferred but not required
• Ability to build trust and work positively with people and employers
• Willingness to work across multiple locations as required
• Full training will be provided for IPS methodology

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients with mental health support needs
• Deliver support following the IPS model and Fidelity standards
• Identify suitable job opportunities and support with applications and interviews
• Provide ongoing in-work support and liaise with healthcare professionals and partners
