You will manage a diary, inspections, repairs, and client support to help vulnerable individuals move into settled accommodation. The role blends frontline care with case management, with safeguarding at its core.

Full-time, permanent position, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm, on patch by 8:30am. OOH rota 1 in 7 weeks.
