Mears Group PLC is recruiting for a field-based housing and welfare support role in East Lancashire. You will manage a diary, inspect properties, raise repair orders, and support vulnerable service users with health, finances, and housing needs.
The role involves face-to-face visits, coordinating appointments, and ensuring access to essential resources. A full UK driving licence is required, and safeguarding awareness is essential.
Location: East Lancashire – Field based
Salary up to £29,856.80 per annum plus £3,500 car allowance
Contract: Full time, Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm. Expected to be on patch by 8.30am
Exception to take part in the OOH rota. 1 in 7 weeks covering Monday to Monday
