YMCA of the Cedar Rapids Metro Area is seeking a Housing Safety and Compliance Officer based in Reading or Gloucester (field-based). The role involves on-site inspections of residential properties to verify gas, electrical, fire safety, asbestos, and water system compliance, with travel across England.

You will ensure documents meet housing regulations (HHSRS), coordinate repairs with property teams, and generate detailed risk and compliance reports for the Health & Safety and Compliance

Qualificações

• Experience performing on-site property inspections.
• Understanding of housing regulations such as HHSRS.
• Willingness to travel across England.
• Full driving licence with business use insurance.
• Ability to keep electronic records organized.
