YMCA Chiltern Group is seeking a Compliance Technician to support the Compliance Team in ensuring building, health and safety, and property compliance across our estate. The role involves routine fire safety testing, legionella monitoring, contractor oversight, and responding to urgent site issues.

You will also maintain compliance records, assist with inductions for new housing staff, and train colleagues on fire alarm systems and safety equipment.

Qualificações

• Routine testing and checks related to fire safety systems in line with regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring and supporting the management of legionella control systems.
• Assisting in the oversight and performance monitoring of external contractors.
• Responding to urgent site issues such as leaks, power outages, and fire alarm system faults.
• Completing minor repairs or DIY tasks as required.
• Demonstrating and training housing colleagues on the use of fire alarm systems and related safety equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold the highest standards of quality and workmanship in compliance tasks.
• Maintain accurate digital and written compliance records.
• Support site inductions for new housing staff on key safety and compliance procedures.
• Work with the Property Services Team, and be capable of independent work when required.
